Passion for Culinary Science & Tradition

I grew up in the kitchen of my family’s restaurant on the Agro-Nocerino Sarnese not far from the Amalfi Coast, where passion for food shaped every moment of life. Surrounded by intense flavors, hard work, and deep dedication, I learned that cooking is not just a craft, but a way to connect people and tell stories.

After years working in restaurants and hotels, my curiosity and passion for science led me to study food chemistry and biotechnology. Later I became a scientist working between academia and the food industry where I uncovered the science behind the magic I had always lived.

Today, I bring these worlds together aiming to combine tradition, science, and creativity and share them through workshops designed to inspire others to explore, understand, and fall in love with food in a deeper way.
